Please read the following carefully. Your use of the Fruitful Bouquets web site ("Fruitful blooms.co.uk") and purchase of the products or services ("Products") on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms").
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Ordering
We will make contact via e-mail / telephone confirming the details of your order within 3 days; this will also apply if the order can not be completed.
The products will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment. The acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and Fruitful Blooms.
At the time of ordering, please ensure the details entered are correct as we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Fruitful Blooms reserves the right to change some or all the packaging, contents for all orders with equal or greater value without notice.
Products delivered by Fruitful Bouquets, We are not involved in the manufacture of skewers or packaging material. You are urged to use all products safely and keep them out of the reach of children.
Bouquets contain skewers and can become very heavy and therefore will be required to be handled with care, and kept away from children and people with fruit allergies (bouquets may also contain traces of nuts). We will therefore not be held responsible for any damages caused by accidents or lack of negligence once the products have been delivered.
All items are subject to availability.

Payment
You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by Pay pal, or cheque.
All Orders details and invoices will be sent to the billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs..
Availability
Due to seasonal availability and demand, stock variations and fluctuations in supply price, Fruitful Blooms reserves the right to substitute any product for a similar type or priced alternative.
Delivery
Fruitful Blooms delivers to most parts Buckinghamshire.(Please see listing).
You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, in that case we will inform you of our delivery area restrictions. Our delivery charges will be confirmed once you have selected your order and delivery date and address. Fruitful Blooms has set delivery times that you may choose from. Delivery times are merely an estimate and are not guaranteed. Orders must be received by 1:00pm for next Day Delivery.
However this is subject to delivery availability.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Fruitful Blooms but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order as quickly as possible. Any re-direction costs incurred will be charged.
In circumstances where we are unable to make a delivery, we will inform you either by telephone or email to arrange another delivery time and date. In such circumstances, if another time and date is not suitable, we will offer a refund if we are unable to make a delivery.
Delivery will be made on the specified date and signature is compulsory.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
If the recipient is not present on delivery, we will attempt to leave the order with a neighbour or according to alternative instructions that have been provided to us upon order.
In all cases, it is the SOLE responsibility of the sender to make sure that the person is available to receive the gift. There will be no refunds made in such circumstances.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation:
3 days: Administration fee of 10% will be charged for orders, which are amended or cancelled 3 days prior to delivery
2 days: Orders cancelled or amended 2 working days prior to the date of delivery will incur 50% refund of the payment made for the product
24 hours: There will be not refund for amended or cancelled orders 24 hours prior to delivery or upon dispatch of delivery.

Cancellation of contract by us:
Fruitful blooms reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
There is insufficient stock relating to the product you have ordered, we will therefore offer an alternative: product, date of delivery or a full refund.
If we can not deliver due to any circumstances including fire, flood, strike, road closure etc.
You will be notified via contact details provided i.e. phone and email and we will not be obliged to provide any compensation for any disappointment suffered.

We only select the best and the finest quality fresh fruits from the best suppliers. We make the full effort to be attentive to our clients' needs and personalize their Bouquets and Gifts.
